Information we collect includes both information you knowingly and actively provide us when using or participating in any of our services and promotions and any information automatically sent by your devices in the course of accessing our products and services.
We may collect and receive Customer Data and other information and data (“Other Information”). Customer Data. Customers or individuals granted access to an Account by a Customer (“Authorized Users”) routinely submit Customer Data to us when using our Services. We also collect, generate, and/or receive other information related to our Services.
To create or update an account, you or your Customer supply us with an email address and name details. In addition, Customers that purchase a paid version of the Services provide (or our payment processors) billing details such as credit card information, banking information, and/or a billing address.
The nature of our services relies on connections to Third-Party data sources (i.e., Facebook Marketing, Amazon Seller Central...) and data destinations (AWS Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, Azure Data Lake...).
A Customer can choose to permit or restrict Third-Party Services for use by us. Typically, Third-Party Services such as AWS, Snowflake, Google, Azure, Facebook, Amazon, and others supply software that we integrate with our Services. A Customer can permit authorized users the ability to enable and disable Third-Party use by us. Once enabled, the Third-Party Service may share certain information with us. For example, Facebook may supply account information and access tokens along with additional information that the application has elected to make available to us to facilitate the integration.
Users should check the privacy settings and notices in Third-Party Services to understand what data may be disclosed to us. When a Third-Party Service is enabled, we are authorized to connect and access information made available in accordance with our agreement with the Third-Party Provider and any permission(s) granted by the Customer.
Customers are under no contractual obligation to provide any Third-Party data or other information to us. However, if certain information, such as billing information or third-party authorizations, is not provided, our ability to fully provide the Services can be impacted.
Customers who have signed up for Google or Youtube-based products can visit Google's Security Settings to revoke access to their Google or Youtube accounts.
When you visit our website, our servers may automatically log the standard data provided by your web browser. It may include your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, your browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on each page, other details about your visit, and technical details that occur in conjunction with any errors you may encounter.
Please be aware that while this information may not be personally identified, it may be possible to combine it with other data to identify individual persons personally.

We engage and use data processors with access to certain Customer Data (each, a "Subprocessor"). A Subprocessor is a third-party data processor engaged by Openbridge, who does or potentially will have access to or process Customer Data (which may contain personal data).
Openbridge currently uses third-party Subprocessors to provide infrastructure services and to help us provide customer support and email notifications. Prior to engaging any third-party Subprocessor, Openbridge performs diligence to evaluate their privacy, security, and confidentiality practices and executes an agreement implementing its applicable obligations.
Openbridge engages different types of Subprocessors to perform various functions as explained in the tables below.

Any Openbridge data processing Services, including any processing operations, carried out by the Openbridge on behalf of the Customer, and any Customer data processing instructions given to Openbridge, occur at the acceptance, authorization, and approval of the Customer.
Third parties that do not have access to or process Service Data but who are otherwise used to provide Services are labeled as “Affiliates” and not Subprocessors. The following are currently employed Affiliates:
